Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
U.S Orders:
Exchanges are free of charge.
A flat $5 USD return fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items. Returns for store credit incur no return fee.
International Orders (Including Canada):
A flat $10 USD return fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items. We are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders, including orders from Canada.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day timeframe begins on the date your order was delivered.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with original tags attached, and free from fragrance or any signs of wear.
For health and hygiene reasons, bodysuits and bottoms must be tried on over personal underwear.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Products returned without original tags
- Worn, washed, damaged, soiled, altered, or fragranced merchandise
- Products that do not meet our return eligibility requirements
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Return fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
