International Orders – Final Sale

Please note that all international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Due to the complexities of international logistics, duties, and customs processing, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.

We encourage international customers to review size guides and product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to assist you in advance of your purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

  • You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to process a return. The 30-day period begins on the day your order was delivered.
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, with all original tags attached. Items that are received damaged or dirty will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.
  • Returns from the U.S. incur a flat rate of $5 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges for U.S. orders are processed free of charge.
  • Products returned for store credit are processed without any fees.
  • International orders are final sale.

Refunds:

Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days following the approval notification.

Store Credit:

If you select store credit as your refund option through the returns portal, a gift card will be emailed to the address used for the original purchase. Gift cards can only be redeemed on our website.

Shipping:

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
