U.S. Returns:

International Returns:

Terms & Conditions:
Purchases made from 12/01/24 - 12/24/24 have until 1/24/25 to return
- You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to process a return. The 30-day period begins on the day your order was delivered.
- Returned merchandise must be unused, with all original tags attached. Items that are received damaged or dirty will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.
- Returns from the U.S. incur a flat rate of $5 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges for U.S. orders are processed free of charge.
- Products returned for store credit are processed without any fees.
- International returns have a flat rate of $20 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
- For international orders, if your package has already been shipped, we cannot refund duties, customs fees, or VAT. However, if you cancel your entire order before it ships, these fees will be refunded on the next payout date.
Refunds:
Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days following the approval notification.
Store Credit:
If you select store credit as your refund option through the returns portal, a gift card will be emailed to the address used for the original purchase. Gift cards can only be redeemed on our website.
Shipping:
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
