Returns and Exchanges

US Returns:

For US orders, Start a RETURN or EXCHANGE on our portal here.

 

International Returns:

Please contact us at suport@moniquemorinlingerie.com to arrange your international return.

• Products returned for store credit are processed free of charge. International returns that are refunded to the original payment method, will incur a $20 return fee.
• We cannot accept exchanges on international orders at this time.
• If your order has already been shipped, we cannot refund duties, customs fees, or VAT. However, if you cancel your entire order before it ships, we will refund these fees on the next payout date.

  

Terms & Conditions:

• You have up to 30 days after delivery to process your return. The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your order was delivered.
• Merchandise must be returned unused and with all original tags.
• Our returns are a flat rate of $5USD, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchange are free of charges. 
• Items received damaged or dirty will be declined for refund, credit or exchange.

 

Refunds:

Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days of the approval notification.

 

Store Credit:

When selecting store credit as a refund option on the returns portal, a gift card will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase. Gift cards are redeemable on our website only.

 

Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
