Returns and Exchanges

U.S. Orders

To initiate a U.S. return or exchange, please visit our return portal here.

U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day timeframe begins on the date your order was delivered.

Exchanges are free of charge. A flat $5 USD return fee will be deducted from all approved refunds issued to the original payment method. Returns for store credit incur no processing fee.

Items marked Final Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders (Including Canada & the European Union)

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate an international return, please contact support@moniquemorinlingerie.com. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We encourage international customers to review size guides and product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to assist you before purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with original tags attached, and free from fragrance or any signs of wear.

For health and hygiene reasons, bodysuits and bottoms must be tried on over personal underwear.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Discounted or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
Gift cards
Products returned without original tags
Worn, washed, damaged, soiled, altered, or fragranced merchandise
Products that do not meet our return eligibility requirements

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the Return Eligibility requirements outlined above. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
