Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays

U.S. Shipping

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 USD (after discounts, before tax)

  • Flat $5 USD standard shipping on U.S. orders under $75 USD\

  • Expedited shipping options and rates are available at checkout

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.

All orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review our Returns Policy for additional details.

Duties, taxes, and applicable import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. The total amount paid at checkout is the final amount due, and customers will not receive additional customs or import invoices upon delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives and scans the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

U.S. Orders

Requests to change an item or size may be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order.

Please note:

  • Payment methods cannot be modified after an order is submitted
  • Change requests are subject to inventory availability
  • Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun

International Orders

International orders cannot be modified once placed.

If a change is required, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed, provided the original order has not yet shipped.

Stock Availability

In the rare event that an item in your order becomes unavailable, you will be notified within two business days.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a partial shipment with the in-stock items, or

  • Cancel the entire order

You will not be charged for any unfulfilled items.
