Shipping & Delivery - United States

We generally process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Once dispatched, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or severe weather.

U.S. Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 USD (after discounts, before tax)

  • Flat $5 USD standard shipping on U.S. orders under $75 USD

Any available expedited shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the parcel.

U.S. Orders — Changes & Cancellations

For U.S. orders, changes to item selection or size may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please note:

  • Payment method cannot be modified once an order is submitted

  • Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun

International Orders — Final Processing

International orders cannot be edited or modified once placed.

If you need to make a change, the order must be cancelled and replaced with a new order (provided it has not yet shipped). Cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible and cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Stock Availability

In the rare event that an item in your order becomes unavailable, you will be notified within two business days.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a partial shipment with the in-stock items, or

  • Cancel the entire order

You will not be charged for any unfulfilled items.
